What is the everyday routine at Longleaf Liberty Park?

A fulfilling lifestyle in assisted living.

If you or a loved one is considering assisted living, you may be wondering what a typical day is like at our community. Each day will truly vary depending on the unique needs and choices of each resident. In assisted living, residents are able to choose the individualized routine that best fits their lifestyle – helping them to maintain their independence while enjoying a full range of activities, services and amenities.

Activities and amenities to enjoy

There are plenty of choices when it comes to how to spend time at Longleaf – a typical day for our residents may look something like this:

Rise & Shine

Residents can decide when to wake up – and their day begins with whatever help they need in getting ready. Next it’s time to enjoy a healthy breakfast – both restaurant-style dining as well as grab-and go items are available. Residents often chat over coffee and review the day’s activities as they plan the rest of the day.

A.M.

Get energized with some physical activity at the start of the day! It’s up to residents whether they would like to walk around our beautiful campus, join a class in the fitness center or get involved in something else. They can also take our scheduled transportation for shopping trips or other errands without the worry of driving and parking.

Lunch Break

After the morning activities, residents often work up an appetite – and Longleaf’s gourmet lunch menu offers convenient and delicious options to fuel up for the rest of the day. Residents can meet friends for a nutritious midday meal, recharge in their apartment or relax in their favorite gathering spaces.

P.M.

Longleaf often provides opportunities for residents to play games, take a craft class or enjoy musical entertainment in the afternoon. And it’s so convenient with everything happening right outside your door!

Evening

More good times are on the menu at dinnertime – with both homestyle favorites and seasonal specialties offered alongside interesting conversations with fellow residents. Whether it’s yard games or movie night, there’s always something exciting happening at Longleaf.

Good Night

Our staff is available to help assisted living residents with bathing, medications and other bedtime arrangements as needed. Through our many opportunities for enrichment and engagement, residents can go to bed each night feeling relaxed and fulfilled.
